Judy Note: On Thurs. 3 Sept. three well-connected US Treasury and Bank sources separately reported that there was a 90% chance they would start our Tier 4b 800#s notification by Fri. morning 4 Sept, or if not, any time to Tues. 8 Sept.
On Wed. 2 Sept. Charlie Ward said he was notified by USA Bank that they would be in a ten day blackout period with no monies transfers between 1 pm EDT Fri. 4 Sept
