Judy Note: It was reported by various sources that a 10-day bank blackout started on Fri. 4 Sept. and would go until at least Mon. 14 Sept. (although not all banks were affected as they went onto the new QFS).
According to Fleming’s Military Intel Contact everything was released at 12 Noon EDT on Sun. 6 Sept. to start the Shotgun liquidity & notification over next 72 hours for the lower levels /
