FLEMING UPDATE, 3 SEPT

FLEMING:

1. If all goes to plan now (preparation items concluding over the current 48 hours), the Shotgun Start was tentatively scheduled to be initiated by Thurs. 3 Sept. going through the three-day Labor Day weekend.
2. Overnight Tues. to Wed. 1, 2 Sept. the new currency rates were locked for Tier 4b exchanges / redemptions.
3. A fall-back start of Tues. 8 Sept. would be the schedule in case
